Zambia's Oldest National Park
Kafue National Park

Kafue is Zambia's oldest National Park and is one of the largest national parks in Africa. The Kafue has remained largely untouched and today 67 per cent of the Park is designated as ‘wilderness area’ where only walking safaris can be conducted. The Busanga Plains in the north are regarded as the jewel of the Kafue and the area is synonymous with the large herds of red lechwe and buffalo accompanied by all the major predators.
