On most safaris drinks are included in the tariff. This includes unlimited bottled or filtered water, soft drinks, local beers, local wines and spirits (except in certain safari lodges in South Africa and Kenya where drinks are sometimes charged separately).
Imported drinks, for example, champagne, fine wines, premier scotch and other liqueurs, if available, are normally for your own account. These are typically inexpensive in US dollar terms.
