I just got back from a life changing trip to Botswana and South Africa and I wanted to express my gratitude for Nicole Fernandez!
I was there with my friends celebrating Corey Palent’s 40th bday that was in the works for months! Nicole was there every step of the way easing my concerns and was available literally 24/7! She answered texts and calls promptly and was always cheerful! She even looked at pictures of my duffle bag to make sure it was the right size and never made me feel dumb for asking questions or scrambling last minute.
I was so nervous about doing the surprise helicopter ride for Corey. Not only did she get on the phone will all of us (but Corey) to explain the magic of the experience, but she didn’t once judge me for having fears about doing it and gave me an easy option to just drive with the guide and enjoy the experience on the ground. She never pressured us for add ons or anything that wasn’t completely wonderful. Well, because she didn’t pressure me at all, I ended up deciding a week before the trip that I was going to go and she rearranged plans for me immediately. The helicopter ride was life changing and I conquered a fear and loved the experience more than I could have imagined.
Nicole is so knowledgable and wonderful and I wanted her bosses to know that our entire group loved her and the trip she planned for us! Both camps were amazing (the staff and food at Qorokwe was particularly fabulous- Loraine, Beauty, KB, Jonah and at the rest of the staff left a stamp on our hearts forever. There was never a missing washcloth from the community bathrooms, we were greeted with hot towels always and everyone was happy and cheerful. Even when I complimented the chef, she responded with “I made my food with love” and I swear you could taste it!!)
The only thing that would have made our experience better would have been for Nicole to be in Cape Town after Safari where we could treat her to a sundowner and share our gratitude in person and show her pictures of the week we just had!
She made this trip wonderful and so easy. Nicole is a fabulous reflection of your company and I can’t wait to book another trip and tell all of my friends about her! With tremendous gratitude.
