Kevin, sorry about the delay in getting back to you, the depression of the trip coming to an end has taken us a few weeks to get over! We had an incredible time. Everything was perfectly planned every step of the way and the people were incredible. Really can’t say enough about the places we visited and the experience with you and A2A .

As an older, newly single woman traveling alone for the first time to Africa among different camps and operators, I had more than a few worries.  A2A anticipated and addressed every concern, need and desire – including ones I myself hadn’t thought of.  Without being asked, Edwin Gayla took extra care to make sure everything went smoothly not just before but during the entire trip until I was safely back in my home.  I didn’t get lost, I didn’t get eaten and I had the transportive trip of a lifetime.

The Walkinshaws

We loved the consistent level of excellent service at the camps and everything worked well. Game viewing was fantastic. We saw 3 lions (DumaTau), 11 leopards, 1 Cheetah (Chitabe), wild dogs at all the camps and lots of plains game. The birdlife was also great. We also took the helicopter flight at Seba for an amazing aerial view of the games and the delta.  I would like to go to Kalahari Plains and my wife wants to go back to Victoria Falls in the peak flood season.

Abu Camp is beyond excellent. I've been wowed from the moment I walked in. You even get a meet-and-greet with the elephant group before you meet the manager. That may well replace Serra Cafema as my all time favourite!

I knew I wanted to go on a safari in Africa (alone!) and that was all I knew. I didn’t know what it entailed, where I should go or how to go about making it happen. I approached Asia to Africa Safaris on the recommendation of a friend and one face-to-face meeting plus a dozen or so emails later I found myself in Botswana. Everything was perfectly arranged, went off without a hitch and I felt well-prepped before my departure – knowing what to pack, who to meet and generally what to expect.

This is by far the most memorable vacation trip we have ever taken. Everyday during our safari was a new and amazing adventure. The thrill of seeing so many wildlife at close proximity were simply awesome and we enjoyed every minute of it.   Kudos to Cherine for arranging the perfect itinerary for our first ever trip to Africa. Everything was wonderfully organised and we were so well taken care of throughout the trip.    We will definitely consider AtoASafaris again for our next safari!

Kevin, I just wanted to thank you for putting together an amazing itinerary.

I have to say, I didn't believe you would be able to exceed Kenya but you absolutely did. Mombo was quite incredible, so much so the kids did not complain once about getting up at 6am four days on the trot! The water safari at Jao was also breathtaking and we saw some stunning sunsets too.

I will refer you to all my friends and I am also going to challenge you to try to beat this trip as somehow I think we will be back in Africa before too long!!

A to A’s service has been impeccable throughout our reservation process. The consultation process was detailed and personalized. There was proper follow-up from Day 1 to the day we depart. The safari experience in Africa is a must-do in one’s lifetime but one must be discerning to choose a safari operator that is in a private concession area. Nothing beats being completely immersed in nature and faraway from throngs of human traffic. There is a difference in the whole experience when one is in such an environment. A to A works primarily with such operators.

We had a great experience (only hitch was my dad's visa), really memorable and we hope to repeat in a few years :)   We should have scheduled more days in Capetown - this is such a lovely city!
